For over 25 years I've been working with children.Yet when it came time to raise my own children I felt completely frustrated.I had to deal with a fair share of temper tantrums and other behaviors that elevated my stress levels. The parenting techniques I was using weren’t effective. I was responding to frustrated temperamental kids with my own frustration.
