As an executive coach, rabbi, and doctor in psychology, I hear you and understand you.In my executive coaching practice, I help successful CEOs achieve their ambitious goals while still being successful partners and parents.I have more than 20 years of experience, and my approach is grounded in Positive Psychology and timeless Torah principles. I hold a doctorate in Human and Organizational Psychology from Touro University and a masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania where I studied under the founder of the field of Positive Psychology, Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman. Outside of my executive coaching practice, I am a published author in the fields of marriage and education, the founder and director of Greatness Within Seminars, and Dean of Students at Machon Yaakov, the Dr. David Robinson Institute for Jewish Heritage in Jerusalem. My approach is structured, methodical and practical. Typical outcomes include getting your company to the next level, creating organizational health, and being able to show up as a more present partner and parent.I live in Jerusalem and cherish spending time with my wife and children.
