1. Leading 4 class sessions every week for 2 hours each, as well as designing and developing training programs.2. Guiding, supervising, and providing instructions to at least 5 training participants to ensure they perform the program effectively, according to their respective abilities.3. Communicating and educating training participants about the training program and directing them to become permanent members, with at least 10-15 class participants being permanent members of this community.4. Coaching clients by providing specific programs during certain training durations with specific goals.5. While conducting coaching programs, I actively seek participants with high potential skills and talents to be specially trained and prepare them to participate in national competitions.
