Started working with Smart Touch Wireless when they had only three stores, after I took over management I eventually invested into the company to become a shareholder and expanded to 13 Cricket Wireless stores. I manage all 13 stores and maintain a strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. I also recruit and train team members to achieve their full potential.

Started and operated Cricket Wireless stores with Abukhdeir Brothers Inc. and expanded to over 30 stores. Managed over 10 stores at once. Worked as a District Manager of the Tampa/Riverview Market. Professional with RQ Metrics Database. Used to manage and run all invoices through my own database using Excel. Managed and trained over 70 employees. And continued using all of my wireless sales experience I gained while working with Wireless plus.
