• Manage strategic & operational plan preparation of the company• Monitor the performance of the strategic and operational plan• Evaluate the strategic position of the company and recommend the best business alternative• Generate new project idea for the expansion of the company business and monitor the project starting from its feasibility study to implementation• Recommend any capacity building systems for the improvement of the company’s performance

• Appoint the project team and be responsible for controlling the overall running of the project contracted by Notion International Business PLC. • Act as interface between the consultant (Notion International Business PLC) and the client in any project

• Supervises, coordinates, guides and facilitates the work of skilled and semiskilled operators• Makes initial inspection of the production processes and up on completion ensures that deficiencies are corrected in accordance with specifications or instructions• Ensures production activities are performed according to production programs• Closely monitor and follow up the supply of inputs • Ensures the required manpower is available, assigns, and follow up their performance• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, quality of products and the efficient utilization of available inputs• Ensures that all product machineries are in good working conditions and follow up the adjustment, repair, replacement of workout components of machines
