Ashoka is the largest network of social entrepreneurs worldwide, and it helps them put their system changing ideas into practice on a global scale. I helped develop a plan to assess the impact of 5,000+ young entrepreneurs from 14 countries.

I led 50 undergrad and Harvard Business School students to provide leadership development training to the Harvard community, inviting and hosting global leaders, including CEOs of Fortune 50 companies, U.S. cabinet members, and advisors to presidents. We held over 100 events a year, and I spent more time running LIHC than being a student.

As part of a Harvard-Cambridge Summer Fellowship, I led a research on corporate associations that set voluntary environmental standards, and focused on multinational companies from 15 industries, including banking, insurance, energy, media, technology, and retail.

Wrote over 100 articles on personal and professional development, innovation, and education. Capital is the 2nd largest English newspaper in Ethiopia.

I worked with a Tanzanian nonprofit to use technology to transform the Tanzanian education system and train the top performing students in the country.
