Pavilion Cowork is a premium flexible office space designed for professionals. The first two locations, 22 E5 and 34 W7, are both located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, close to cafes, restaurants, transit, and amenities. As Managing Director, Yosh is responsible for leading growth, strategy and operational planning for the company.

Working for S&P Real Estate, Yosh was responsible for the marketing campaign for Vancouver House, the landmark development by Westbank Projects located at Beach Ave and Howe Street. Designed by world-renowned architect, Bjarke Ingels Group, Vancouver House realized unprecedented sales success and set a new standard for design, marketing, and development of real estate in North America.

Yosh was responsible for all projects under the ParkLane brand, including River District, where he directed all community engagement and marketing activities. He managed sales, marketing and communications for award-winning projects Bedford Landing (Fort Langley) and Winchester (Langley). Yosh also led the successful sell-out of Wesgroup project, The Prescott (North Vancouver).

Yosh managed the development of The Block (UDI Award, Best Townhouse Development 2010), and supported senior development staff with various projects ranging from single-family homes to woodframe apartments. He was also lead market analyst and was a member of the land acquistions team. As marketing manager, Yosh was responsible for the rebranding of ParkLane Homes in 2010, which included a new corporate website, updated identity and PR campaign. He was also responsible for the creation of the River District community brand and design/programming of the award-winning Experience Centre. In addition, he led marketing efforts for Time at Walnut Grove (Langley) and The Block (Vancouver).

As a member of Bluetree's senior management team, Yosh led a sales and marketing department of over 25 people as well the launch of a new corporate brand. He was responsible for developing marketing strategy and managing sales campaigns for 5 projects in Metro Vancouver.

Yosh was founder and Chair for the Greater Vancouver Homebuilder Association's Under-40 (GVHBA U40) Committee. He was an active member in Association activities, and in 2011 he led a member survey initiative that played a critical role in the association's strategic planning process.

Advise and support the Urban Development Institute Pacific Region on communications and public relations matters.

Selected as a committee member for the local Urban Development Institute's U40 group. Worked with other members to develop training, mentoring, and social events for young people working in the development industry.

Developed statistical models and provided supporting research for a paper on renting vs. owning in Canadian housing markets.
