As a community manager, I organized the first-ever Hackathon for Christians in Japan.I also coordinate regular events and translate technical blogs into English for various publications.Our community has grown to encompass a global network of 3,000 members.

As Japan's pioneering organization for Christian engineers, we boast a membership of 130 individuals with diverse skillsets. We regularly host meetups and hackathons, and maintain active chapters in Tokyo and Osaka led by 5 dedicated core members.By 2020, our organization made a significant impact in the digital transformation of the Christian industry, successfully supporting the online distribution of products and services to nearly 7% of the industry.Our future plans include the launch of Japan's first hymn app service in the summer of 2023.

Barloonは都内にあるエンジニアコミュニティで、エンジニアが集まるためのバーを運営しています。立ち上げから運営にあたって、エンジニアの交流の場を提供することを目的にしていました。しかし、コロナ禍の影響により、活動場所をオンラインに移行しました。2019年には、パナソニック運営のアクセラレータ、100BANCHに採択されました。(https://100banch.com/projects/17229/) 今後も、エンジニアの交流の場を提供することを目的に活動を続けていきます。Successfully launched and managed Barloon, a thriving engineering community with over 700 members. Prior to the pandemic, I managed a popular gathering place for engineers in Tokyo. In response to COVID-19, I successfully transitioned my activities online.
