Senior Financial Analyst (L1)
Currento Conducting quality assurance reviews of financial statement analysis.o Undertaking comprehensive analysis of Financial Statements, reconciling income statements, and ensuring timely updates of rent roll occupancy data.o Optimizing financial profits by adjusting income & expenses to align with the client-specific regulations of US Capital markets such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Federal Housing Authority.o Examining key operating metrics including Net Operating Income (NOI), Net Cash Flow (NCF), Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM), Debt Service, and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR).o Collecting, interpreting and utilizing data to build detailed spreadsheets for trend identification, revenue, profitability, and expense forecasting, while comparing the property's current performance against the previous year's data.o Facilitating constructive dialogues with management and staff at all levels to discuss productivity, and enhance performance outcomes.o Guiding and supervising new analysts on standard procedures and practices, effectively minimizing the onboarding period.
