I have successfully obtained my CDA (Child Development Associate) from Great Oaks after completing a two-year course. Following my certification, I was offered a job at Learning Groves William Mallory Center where I currently work as a Leading Man Fellow. The Leading Men's mission is to diversify the teacher pipeline one educator at a time while also closing the literacy knowledge gap in low-income communities.Apart from my work at Learning Grove, I am also enrolled full-time as an ECE (Early Childhood Education) major at Cincinnati State. Once I complete this degree, I plan to further my education by transferring the ECE degree into a Bachelor's in Elementary Education degree.
