- Conducting due diligence in respect of Bonds Issuance of Private Company amounting up to IDR 1 trillion in 2017;- Joining “Palapa Ring Timur” Project which is held by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, including but not limited to land acquisition, negotiates with the third party (Local Government, National Land Agency, and Notary), ensures the completeness and validity of legal documents, particularly those relating to Commitment of Sale and purchase agreement (PPJB), Sale Purchase Deed (AJB), and land certificate;- Responsible for monitoring the validity of the company’s license (SIUP, SKDP, TDP).

South Jakarta

- Conducting research at various state institutions such as Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, and other institutions; and- Provide legal opinion, legal memorandum, and various advice to the clients.
