Responsible for : - Develop Network Topology.- Designing network authentication system.- Manage Public IP and network bandwidth so that the connection is always stable.- Operate network authentication system.- Performing backups of information system and network device configurations.- Maintain information system programs and networks.- Manage network devices and their supporting tools.- Evaluating the management of information systems and networks.- Provide services related to the installation and repair of devices and network support facilities.- Perform maintenance and repair of computer equipment on a regular basis.

Responsible for : - Producing multimedia assets (images, audio, and video)- Provide assistance to script writers for multimedia product development.

Responsible for :- Acts as an on-site resource to individual students and groups accessing computer technology.- Reports maintenance problems to the stakeholder as they occur.- Enforces procedures for the use of the laboratory area and the use of equipment, supplies, materials, software, hardware and peripherals.- Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic problems with computer equipment. Performs minor maintenance and repair on equipment, as necessary.- Maintains records of activities undertaken in the computer lab which includes tracking the number of user utilizing the lab.

Responsible for :- Conduct site surveys for VSAT Installation,- Perfoming insatallation and configuration of VSAT devices.
