Current• Lead creative marketing teams for Brand, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Performance Media, Growth & Lifecycle, On-Platform and Internal Comms.• Steer creative strategy, positioning and tonality across all marketing initiatives to differentiate Peacock in the marketplace; create buy-in from cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment• Creative lead on Peacock’s 2020 GTM Brand launch (during that global pandemic) and currently the next phase and evolution of Peacock’s brand creative strategy and design identity• Build, recruit & retain entire creative marketing team from the ground-up: designers, animators, producers, writers and production• Develop and implement innovative creative ops/workflow solutions: process, technical, collaboration, approvals matrixes• Created the Peacock brand book, tone of voice + design style guides and their implementation across entire DTC organization• Head Writer for brand tone, scripts and editorial: on-product, in-market and across x-functional teams• Manage and mentor team of 25+ creatives: CDs, designers/animators, writers, editors, writer/producers and PAs• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team and external partners to ensure brand consistency, creation and production of all marketing projects; align all creative marketing goals and initiatives with larger business goals across Comcast and NBCUniversal• Brief teams, agencies and partners to ensure all creative aligns with business goals, marketing OKRs and brand tone-of-voiceHighlights: Peacock Brand launch and Next Phase campaigns, Hulu Homecoming, Tokyo, Beijing and Paris Olympics, Super Bowl LVI, The Office launch, The Continental launch, Saved By the Bell series launch, Cultural Heritage Campaigns and more
