- Approves cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices,authorizing checks and wire transfers. - Prepare monthly financial statement in timely manner and manage company financial accounting and reporting system- Monitor petty cash transaction & bank balance, company’s GL and subsidiaries ledger accounts- Verify payment transaction and approves ledger entries by auditing transactions.- Preparing accounting journals, ledger and other records detailing financial transaction.- Check all data and make sure the report in accurate and match with accounting app system- Supports annual audit by providing information - Ensure schedule of payment to all suppliers.
