Dr. Laba completed his German education at Sprachakademie Hanover, Germany in 2004 and at Jade University of Applied Sciences, Germany in the field of research methodology in 2015. He earns his Diploma in Tourism from LPSM Panji Sakti University Singaraja, bachelor degree at Mahasaraswati University Denpasar, Master and Ph.D at Udayana University. This young lecturer has received the National Competitive Research Grant, the Textbook Writing Grant and the Higher Education Research Grant from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. Laba is trusted as the Coordinator of Human Resources Development in HILDIKTIPARI and a member Human Resources Management at DPD PHRI Bali Province. Laba currently works as a permanent lecturer for the subjects of English, Research Methodology and Statistics at the Institute of Tourism and International Business. By holding the academic position of Associate Professor from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Laba is assigned as one of the research reviewers and a member of Assessment Team for academic carreer in the L2DIKTI Wil.VIII. Laba also works as a freelance consultant in the Development of Educational and Training Institutions such as LPK, LKP, Proposed Establishment of Private Universities, and Institutional Quality Assurance.
