- Monitor bookings situation - room rate – assignment – VIP.- Ensure that the reservation conversation, pre-arrival email and information in the system match.- Train and follow up with the staff the MGallery brand standard.- Monitor Accor membership stay / points.- Collaborate with finance department for any income justification, corrections, and adjustment. - Ensure proper control on all room charges.- Support F&B department with the organization of event.- Assist in the annual FF&E and operation hotel’s budget.- Welcome and escort VIP.- Co-ordinate maintenance and housekeeping department schedule on cleaning/fixing.- Plan and direct the activities of the front office team.- Report any guests or team member major issue to the operation manager.
