Cfd Technical Lead
Current--- Multi-physics CFD and CAE Simulation and Analysis :- Prepare and conduct Thermal, Aerodynamics and CFD simulations involving compressibility, multiphase flow, reactive flow, thermal coupling, atomization and fluid-structure interaction (FSI). - Prepare and conduct static and dynamic CAE analysis of various industrial and automotive structures.--- Performance evaluation and data validation :- Conduct comparative analysis between simulated and experimental data to validate the accuracy of the simulations using several methods (prototyping, experimental tests, wind tunnel, comparative analysis, etc.). --- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :- Identify issues in ongoing projects and facilitate problem-solving and brainstorming sessions with team members. --- R&D and Capitalization : - Contribute to the knowledge capitalization process and stay abreast of industry advancements in CFD/CAE techniques and software.--- Project Management, Mentoring and training :- Project management (Quality-Cost-Delivery). - Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior team members.
