Director, "Melabev to the community" services"Melabev to the community" includes two primary services:1. "Melabev at home": providing therapeutic services and psychosocial support to older adults living at home through weekly professional therapies and individualized intervention and guidance in all aspects of the aging process by a licensed social worker or Psychotherapist.I run a team of about ten employees and about fifty therapists. "Melabev for the Family and Caregivers": In August 2020, I set up a virtual venture that provides professional support and tools for family members caring for people with dementia and professionals. Today, the project includes about two webinars a month on various topics, which thousands of people have attended to date. In 2022 the project will expand and form support groups, treatment groups, individual counseling, and personal care management.Part of my job is developing new initiatives and services to improve people's quality of life with dementia and Alzheimer's and provide tools, support, and guidance for family caregivers.
