Writing training content for medical staff that includes physicians, nurses, paramedics and paramedics as part of an annual training program. The training includes medical study material and technological means for the treatment of the sick and injured in the field.Construction of a course for airborne paramedics that includes aviation physiology content, a scheme for treating the wounded on an aircraft and practical practice.

During my work I have led many projects rich in resources and technologies. For example: A project to train medical secretaries at reception desks in clinics. The project began with writing the training chapter and the basic data required of the candidates and then locating, sorting and training the potential. A project to examine the efficiency of purchasing medical equipment in emergency warehouses. The project began with mapping the existing equipment, defining the appropriate need and examining alternatives. at the end of which the alternative that saved millions of shekels for the system was selected. A project to improve communication skills in clinics. Following the identification of a gap in the level of communication of the treating medical staffs, I built a unique workshop to improve communication skills in collaboration with the Medical Simulation Center at the Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer.

I have built and managed a multidisciplinary medical center that has provided primary care, laboratory and specialist medical services to over 3,500 clients. The management of the medical center included work with doctors, medics, medical secretaries and laboratory staff.I was responsible for the professional training of the employees and their personal development axis. I ensured proper process management and a high level of service.
