Under general supervision from the warehouse Manager, I perform a variety of duties inreceiving, issuing, handling, and accounting for inventory stock.

• Supervised and physically performed; shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, preparing orders, cycle counts, transfers, inventory adjustment.• Managed a team of 4• Keeping docs, warehouse & office spotless.• Filing BOL, picking sheets, PO’s.• Handling company & warehouse operations, including; fire inspections, garbage, pest, office remodeling, etc.• Dimensional weight analysis and consistently figuring out cheaper shipping for Ground vs. Freight shipping.• All packages and freight go out in perfect condition, and making sure no product damages will occur.

• Work on system integration (Seller Cloud, SAP, Innotrac, 1Sale Back End)• Work on errors, processing orders, figuring and resolving issues.• Consistently in contact with systems directors on errors and bugs and to get them resolved in a timely manner.• Use of excel - pivot tables, vlookup, to determine issues/missing orders etc.

• Coordinate all functions related to incoming shipments• Supervise and physically perform the product unloading process (from trucks, flatbeds, closed vans etc.)• Inspect materials as they are unloaded• Sign off on Bill of Lading; properly noting any damaged freight and handling the claims when necessary• Inspect and verify data on all equipment received daily• Composing accurately detailed daily receiving reports• Tag all bundles of inventory with proper inventory part number – creating new part numbers as needed• Track movement of goods at every stage daily, to ensure that they are safely being delivered to their respective customers. • Have to be constantly in touch with Vendors, as they have to deliver goods when the customer needs them• Arrangement of shipment for goods and ensuring transportation as well as warehousing of product• Hold discussions with customers, brokers, vendors, as well as freight-forwarding persons for ensuring shipments.• Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors • Work hand in hand with the warehouse manager to maintain the physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts based on the storage needs for the incoming & current equipment.• Control and maintain inventory accuracy levels by conducting physical cycle counts and collating the results with our inventory management software• Preparing orders for shipment, Dims, weights, etc.• Ensure documents handled by subordinates are complete, current, and stored appropriately• Experienced working in both independent and team-oriented collaborative environment • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines utilizing analytically and problem-solving capabilities.
