In my role as a Software Engineering Manager at YouCan, I led a diverse team of engineers to provide technical guidance and build autonomous teams for product development. Collaborating with team leads, I established global processes and ensured consistency across the organization. I set goals for teams, staffed projects, coordinated with Product Owners, and played a key role in shaping the company technical roadmap.

YouCan' vision shifted from creating a shop solution for seller to building an e-commerce infrastructure. This means expanding to Payment, Confirmation, Shipping, Fulfillment.In this role I had the responsibility of:- Hiring new software engineers to join our team based on product roadmap.- Establishing collaboration process and delivery guidelines for teams.- Collaborate with product and engineering to build MVP for the new products.

Fullstack Software Engineer building the YouCanShop ecommerce saas application. Im mainly responsible of:- Collecting product requirements- Coding- QA and deploymentWe launched YouCanShop on the 14th January 2020.

Building an LMS (Learning Management System) for faculties. Along with 4 software engineers, I was leading the project roadmap. Our tech stack was mainly PHP (Laravel), JS (VueJS) and AWS for the infrastructure.
