Leading the ‘Revenues and transactions’ squad starting from January 2021, our main mission is to maximize the long term revenue of the marketplace with a win win approach by driving added value to private and pro users as well.- Defining the product strategy and empowering other stakeholders to come up with great solutions. With my squad we are the owners of the roadmap, our main focus is translating the company's strategic goals into an action plan. - On a daily basis I aim for the optimal outcome on the company's quarterly Objectives and Key Results in order to achieve the yearly objectives that are linked to the company’s mission : the value delivered to our business and our users matters more than the number of releases shipped.- I drive my teammates through the full product cycle: problem identification, user research, ideation, design, development, and launch.- I am responsible for delivering high quality features both on our website and mobile apps.

In 2020 I was leading the squad “Turbo”, which has as its main goal of providing a verticalized user experience on Car vertical, straightest the position of Avito as Car leader. My main achievements were:- Built from scratch a new platform for New cars in Morocco with updated cars prices and promotions, that is SEO friendly. After 6 months since launch we achieved a very good increase of SEO daily active users and bypassed all competitors in terms of organic traffic. With a very good Conversion rate generation form leads for different car dealers (avito.ma/auto/neuf/).- Launched a new service (Sell my car for me) that helps car sellers sell their cars very fast and without losing time by receiving buyers calls or inserting ads, in collaboration with a startup.

- Understand the business need and SEO potential based on the market, based on that I defined the SEO strategy for mid and long term SEO strategy- Leading SEO projects with third-party SEO SaaS- Building SEO micro-services based on Machine learning in collaboration with tech team and AI engineers.- Maintaining a prioritized product backlog based on defined business value, aligning with Product Strategy and resource capacity- Managing the migration projects (responsive design, URLs updates) with different stakeholders ( tech team, product team, central team) - Represent the customer needs and requirements to drive feature implementation and development with associated technology teams

- Realization of detailed technical audits for different websites (Dabadoc Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Nigeria)- Define the roadmap SEO for different regions- Define the recovery plan from the Google Medic Update that harmed the Organic traffic- Collaboration with IT team (raised SEO IT tickets through Github and reviewing process to make sure that all is SEO friendly)
