Manager - Customer Operations
Current➤ Provides direct oversight to the planning, coordination, and management of gas and electric operations activities, including resources and material involved with new customer projects and system improvement projects, and routine maintenance and emergency work, while determining system reliability gaps and corrects.➤ Maintains and implements safety rules and operating practices, by supporting safe work behaviors and promptly addressing conditions and unsafe work behaviors which may lead to accidents.➤ Manages and oversees 84 direct reports and Coordinates safety investigation information to management and monitors safety programs and conducts safety assessments.➤ Assumes responsibility in guaranteeing the availability of adequate resources, material, fleet, and employees to handle system improvement projects, maintenance, and emergency work.➤ Manages gas and electric emergency response in an assigned geographic area, including evaluating risks and costs, identifying labor resources, assisting in managing callout procedures, and observing performance measures for employees involved with emergency response.➤ Effectively facilitates the design and installation of all types of electric distribution lines, transmission lines, and high voltage customer-driven work as well as supervises all aspects of major maintenance on distribution and transmission lines.➤ Works closely with supply chain departments to conceptualize, forecast, and schedule work in aiding logistics management for material requirements.➤ Delivers support in the creation of community account plan and establishes community relations while representing the company on key leadership boards and committees.
