-Supervised the integration and certified the operation of EXHAUSTO Systems installed in high-profile job sites in UAE, including Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and Masdar City, an emerging global clean technology development. -Built customized EXHAUSTO Systems based on customers’ specifications that require creative electro- mechanical and controls integration. -Created and delivered hands-on training seminars for on-site and off-site support personnel and engineers representing and operating EXHAUSTO Systems nationwide.

-Identified critical quality and performance defects of manufactured products from engineering change notices and implemented appropriate corrective measures. -Devised a corrective actions instruction manual for all technicians serving Komatsu’s North American dealers. -Created the division’s first electronic database on factory recalls and technical bulletins.

-Designed and conducted feasibility study of prototype hot beverage machines in multiple business environments.-Calculated efficiency and power consumption of refrigeration units in prototype hot beverage machines for commercial markets.-Increased life expectancy of the prototype by determining design flaws and re-engineering components.
