Full working knowledge of NFPA standards and code.Recreate failure scenarios for explosions utilizing the principles of thermodynamics, dynamics of solid bodies, chemistry, metallurgy, mechanics of materials, transport phenomena, fluid dynamics, and material science. Perform finite element analyses using Ansys and other CFD on complex systems to recreate failure modes; studies include wind effects, fluid dynamic (Both gas and fluid), stress and strain analysis, and mechanical/thermal systems. Fully working knowledge of Solidworks, CFX, Ansys, NIST FDS, NIST CFAST, Pyro-Sim, NI Labview, Vexdam, Vasdip, and more.Deposition and testimony experience.
