CurrentAdminister the Maryland State Ethics Financial Disclosure and Compliance Enforcement program and ensure the filing of disclosure by approximately 14,000 officials including board and commission members; perform a wide variety of administrative support duties in office management; support counsel and manager in managing projects; establish priorities for day-to-day operations, utilizing a variety of computer software programs and automated systems; devise solutions to administrative problems; assist in the conflicts of interest issues related to state officials and employees; support policy and legislative inquiries and assist in the development of responses, reports and analysis regarding policy guidance and research and evaluation findings; assist counsel in enforcement of state regulations; provide program information and technical assistance to stakeholders, including state officials, the state legislature, state employees, university and college program staff, and various interest groups; audit individual statements to ensure filers' compliance to ethics law; perform extensive research for assigned projects and analyze findings in support of the compliance and enforcement program using a manual reference, an electronic tracking system and spreadsheet application; maintain a large-scale database for filing compliance; assist training programs and keep the program procedural training manual current; assist on the development and maintenance of the computer system; maintain strict standards of confidentiality and security.
