• Accountable for delivering growth across our regional driveline product portfolios, leading the team in China and coordinating our strategies with the product management teams in Korea and Japan and ensure its alignment with global strategies • Support LZA China strategic imperative and APAC Strategic Growth Pillars, position ourselves for the future• Support transportation team in the development strategic partnership and senior relationship with targeted OEMs and oil marketers• Deliver efficiencies through continuous improvement of product management team and continuous performance management & organization development

• Accountable for growing China consumer engine business by delivering winning and sustainable value propositions for markets and customers in related regions• Align with global commercial team and work with tech team to enhance local tech development capability and ensure future competitive offers in pipeline• Support newly created global product line which is Asia FE platform strategy establishment and ensure its implementation in focus regions

• Develop appropriate product positioning strategy and utilize best in class product management, to deliver a sustained contribution margin increase• Responsibility of EO focal point as assigned KAs. Work and align with HD/SE/LE ownership and AM to define EO customer strategy, support related AMs to implement aligned tactical plans. • Support China 6 initiative and lead for PC implementation. Work with core team to develop PC China 6 strategy and drive implementation of tactical plans, to achieve LZ’s China 6 market leadership and upgrade market value & create value proposition and growth LZ’s PC market share

• Responsible for key account strategic business development as well as daily communication both internally and externally;• Focus on customer plan development & EVP implementation, and target at continuous business growth;• Identify, and develop current and potential new customers; Using value selling to build close working relationships with customers, identifying buying influencers throughout the company and how to handle each influence, to build long term partnerships of selected customers;

• To provide technical advice and support regarding to BP and Castrol products and their application in the Industrial Business stream• Resolving specific technical problems and providing technical training to customers where required• Training of the Sales team in understanding the products and application technology of Castrol products, as well as product selection• Help sales team to find out more opportunities when visiting customers, help to win more business• Assist in obtaining approvals from local equipment manufacturers (local OEM) and work closely with MKT and equipment importers to position BP Castrol as their recommended partner in China

• Responsible for the research and development of industrial and driveline lubricants• Handle oil monitoring services, administering laboratory reports and advising customers promptly; Provide efficient pre and after sales technical service support and advise• Develop training material and presentation for sales team as well as for key customers• Assist in obtaining approvals from equipment manufacturers ( OEMs)
