Supports the day-to-day operations for TPP and works specifically on a range of tasks supporting TPP’s Executive Director in a variety of ways. Supports and coordinates TPP’s relationship with TPP’s fiscal sponsor, supports admin / ops tasks associated with the ongoing operations of TPP, as well as TPP’s development functions as needed. Helps to build local partnerships, supports TPP’s internship program and advises on TPP programming as needed.

Worked one on one with probationers in the CHOICE program, a comprehensive program set to reduce recidivism among this group of young adults who are on probation at BMC-Roxbury. Performed basic administrative and organizational duties around the courthouse.

Created a bibliography of academic sources that cite earlier editions of the ISRD. Coordinated with a software developer to update the ISRD website.

Oversaw survey research administered in 5 Kingston high schools. Monitored 25+ students who participated in a virtual reality experiment in the laboratory. Designed infographics to summarize the findings of previous research in layman’s terms.
