Responsible for the growth of Lockton's Philadelphia market presence and beyond. Lead internal teams to provide clients solutions far beyond their insurance total cost of risk. Helping to identify and foster strategic operational and financial objectives. We consulted on property and casualty, employee benefits, and retirement plans for corporations in a variety of industries.

Founded commercial insurance agency and grew clientele and staff to be an innovative market leader. We developed the approach that allowed us to attract clients by showing value for their business, not simply being cheaper than their current broker. We were able to implement various training, best practices, and procedures that enhanced our clients operations far beyond the typical simple vendor relationship. Exude was recognized by our carrier partners with enhanced contracts for assisting our clients to produce significantly lower claims volume (33% of the avg.). That lower claims volume also allowed for lower premium negotiations. Often our clients transferred that money to the bottom line or other needed internal expenditures. This combination of results based efforts enabled a 98.2% client retention and yearly double digit revenue growth and profitability. We also had a lot of fun doing it!
