Tom is a multi-business entrepreneur, worked at two MGAs before starting his own agency, and was a partner at a multinational insurance broker. He built that agency’s client base from startup by demonstrating value through innovative services rather than pricing. His positive “there is always a way” attitude fuels his relentless client advocate efforts and the growth of DataCrest.Tom envisioned a better way than the antiquated industry "deal flow" and customer support that continually frustrated all involved. He identified that today's tech-savvy insurance professionals and insureds are becoming rapidly ready for innovation. Catering to the marketplace, he assembled a group of insurance and technology professionals to ensure growth and success. Tom built this company as its first customer after discovering the external solutions for inefficiencies he was seeking to solve did not exist. He created DataCrest with a combination of industry knowledge and tech innovators to improve the insurance buying and selling experience for all stakeholders.Tom graduated from Drexel University with a finance degree. He was a varsity lacrosse player earning all-conference academic honors.
