As a 2022 Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Management graduate, my ultimate goal is to become more involved in the improvement of the criminal justice system and its additional resources and services. I am eager to learn and experience different career opportunities with the hopes of inspiring me to pursue a specific career in aspects revolving around criminal justice and business management. I hope to enroll back into college to pursue a master's degree aligned with my interests and passions in the next upcoming semester. Throughout my professional growth journey, I am determined to uncover my unique talents, achieve my goals, and overcome challenges that may arise.Over the course of my past and current positions, I've become a very versatile person who can adapt to any situation or environment and navigate potential solutions beneficial for all involved. I'm a highly organized person who works well while under pressure and able to accomplish tasks up to standard in a timely manner. My strong work ethic, commitment to improvement, and teamwork abilities make me a valuable asset along with my communication and professionalism skills which are tremendous and will continue to improve as I am faced with encounters in my current role as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Court & Corrections service line of Talbert House. I am also a commissioned Notary Public in the state of Ohio, and I'd be happy to assist anyone who may be in need of Notary services.
