Elaine was an HR Generalist at Apollo. Her responsibilities included compensation benchmarking, compensation plan design, performance management, development of headcount reporting, and employee relations.In addition, Elaine did a significant amount of recruiting, including low and no fee hiring.

Elaine was the Global Head of the Recruiting & Generalist teams for the Investment Management Division which included Asset Management and Private Wealth Management. Prior to this role she was the Chief of Staff for Global Employee Relations Group and a Vice President in the Controllers & Finance Group for Investment Management Division.
