I am a mother of four, an attorney and a functional health coach. In addition to doing my best to nurture myself, and my whole family, through clean eating and functional wellness, I coach others to achieve their health goals through group and 1-on-1 health coaching. I am a certified WildFit coach, and I'm currently completing my education to become a board certified Health Coach as well, so that I can work with practitioners, hospitals and insurance companies. I am absolutely obsessed with self improvement and love to read new books on wellness, balance, nutrition, meditation & child care. My personal interests include tap dancing, listening to audible books, long baths, spending time with my family and almost anything Apple related. In a prior life, I also enjoyed travel, sport-fishing and scuba diving...and I look forward to sharing all these interests with my children one day. In the meantime, I am doing my best to find balance & wellness in my own life through meditation, yoga and other exercise, clean eating and prioritizing my sleep above all else! My dream is to someday work with children, and maybe, schools to establish basic functional nutritional guidelines that can inform and serve children their whole lives long.
