• Administratively supports 10 Career Counselors, Employer Relations Specialist, Career Development Center Director, and others, to help ensure clients are successful with their career search
• Manages and coordinates monthly calendar of workshops and events, including publishing to JFCS website, creating Zoom meetings, managing registrations, responding to client inquiries, preparing and administering client.
• Compiles statistical information and data aggregation needed on a quarterly basis for grant funded programs and to inform upcoming proposals
• Works closely with Employer Relations Specialist and Marketing team to plan and ensure continuity with employer events
• Develops and implements metrics-tracking systems for Career Counselors to capture most relevant and accurate client information needed for funder reports
• Coordinates logistics for external speakers and presenters who are working with the Career Development Center
