As a staff software engineer at Google, I have over 15 years of experience in developing and maintaining large-scale data processing infrastructures that support various products and services. I am currently working on the privacy centric logging infrastructure (Sawmill Logs), which handles authorization and data serving at massive scale, while ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations.I have a strong background in machine learning, image processing, and distributed systems, with a PhD in computer science from KAIST. I have contributed to the development of TensorFlow algorithms, such as gradient boosted trees, and the deployment framework for ML training pipelines on Google Cloud Platform. I have also published several papers on research such as kernel regression, and Markov random fields. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to solve challenging problems and create value for users and stakeholders.
