With over two decades of experience in leading businesses across multiple industries, I was a Director at WTW, a global leader in risk, broking, and consulting. As the SME Strategy Execution Leader for the international segment, I oversaw the development and implementation of growth strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises in various markets and regions. Prior to joining WTW, I was the Managing Director of LegalZoom International, where I drove the expansion and profitability of the tech company's operations outside of the US. I also served as the COO of LegalZoom UK, where I managed the daily operations of a regulated law firm, a company formation agent, and a B2B SAAS provider. Before entering the tech industry, I had a distinguished military career, serving as the public affairs officer for two US 4 star generals in Korea, and as an executive officer and platoon leader for a forward-deployed tank battalion. I hold an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
