Responsible for all Internal Communications Channels for 7,000 Council staff using print, web, email and digital notice board based channels. I provide consultancy services to Managers to develop and improve face to face communication and briefings. I support several large change programmes with communication tools to manage the impact of change. Responsible for all internal communications activities and channels targeting 700 IT staff. Working with Senior Managers to ensure that tools and skill improvement opportunities were available to create employee motivation and enthusiasm. I was also the lead support for Communications campaigns during major change programmes. I managed all e-channels and print publications.2002-2008

Overseeing all aspects of internal and external Press & Public Relations activity for this Dental Support Agency. This included people and budget management alongside the creation of Press Releases and internal and external Publications.

Wave 105 Regional Radio - Fareham, HampshireAccountable to the Board of Directors for the complete on and off air activity including recruitment and ongoing coaching and mentoring of all personnel. Designing musical and vocal output for all broadcasting activities and writing supporting scripts for on air use. This role also included copywriting for all marketing activities. I left this post through a redundancy.
