My role entails leading a team in software development, utilizing technologies such as C#, Oracle, MySQL, CMS, HTML, CSS, and leveraging camera, map, SMS, and audio-video platforms.• **Municipal Public Security Bureau Comprehensive Command System Project: This project comprises one hardware project, two web projects, one map project, and one desktop application, making up a total of five independent sub-projects. With a total value of $1.8 million, the project has accomplished successful software development, hardware integration, project delivery, and received payments for all five sub-projects.• **City panoramic video platform project: Valued at $6 million, this project primarily focuses on integrating video, maps, and 3D models, alongside enabling access and linkage of structured video functionalities. The project design and development were successfully completed.

At a publicly listed company specializing in the research, design, production, and service of Automatic Train Protection (ATP) systems, holding a 50% market share in China. My responsibility is to lead a team of 11 members in developing educational training equipment products for train carriage devices. The main technologies used include C#, .NET Desktop Development, SQL Server, Web API, HTML, SVN, GDI+, and Serial Communications.• Identified a Blue Ocean in High-Speed Rail Accident and Anomaly Operation Simulation Training Equipment: Persuaded senior management to invest in the project, created and led a project team of 11 engineers, and successfully completed the project from concept to market launch.• Product Development: Led the team in developing products that cover traditional railways (LKJ, LKJ-15), high-speed railways (ATP), and shunting monitoring systems within stations. These products simulate both normal and abnormal operations and are available in console, portable, and VR formats.• Promotion and Recognition: Promoted to Project Manager within nine months of joining the company, awarded company shares, and recognized as the Employee of the Year. Published two papers, received three patents, and obtained three technology achievement certificates from the China Railway Bureau.• Training and Revenue Generation: Provided learning and training services to over 20,000 train drivers annually, generating 30 million AUD in sales revenue for the company.
