In this role, I provided email and phone support to both Book Buyers and Sellers as well as being a resource for the rest of the Customer Service team. I also created some tools for the team with Perl and PHP.

As a part of the Tactical Engineering team, I had a variety of roles, including the creation of tools using Perl and PHP, supporting Customer Support with technical questions, and triage and investigation of issues before sending tickets to the Development team.

As a Java Developer on the Inventory team, most of my work involved servlets or back-end processes related to the Inventory Pipeline. I also gained experience working on a team using Agile practices such as Scrum, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven development.
