As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, I contribute to the institute's success by strategically promoting our research, initiatives, and events to a wide audience.• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Institute.• Create engaging content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and website copy, to communicate the Institute's research achievements, thought leadership, and industry collaborations.• Manage the institute's social media presence, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to engage with stakeholders, promote events, and share relevant industry news.• Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentation decks, and videos, ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice.• Collaborate with researchers, project leads, and industry partners to identify and maximise media opportunities, including interviews, articles, and speaking engagements.• Plan and execute successful events, including conferences, workshops, and seminars, overseeing logistics, marketing efforts, and attendee engagement.• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, improve reach, and increase audience engagement.• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communications, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the Institute's marketing efforts.

• Working closely with the various internal teams to develop upcoming marketing & communication strategies and execution plans• Developing a wide range of digital media content including videos, photos and graphics for social media, website, blog posts and newsletters.• Highly proficient in video editing on Adobe Premier Pro and product photo editing on Adobe Lightroom.• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.• Analysing marketing data to provide insights and recommendations on future marketing & sales plans.• Working closely with Mega Music’s brand partners, agencies, media outlets, government organisations, and local communities as Mega Music’s point person on various marketing and community projects.• Creating and managing project briefs, working in conjunction with the purchasing and sales team.• Overseeing content production across all formats including video and still photography, providing clear, objective opinions while working collaboratively with the production team and others• Developing bi-monthly EDMs as well as internal newsletters.• Developing web content using WordPress and WooCommerce.• Responsible for all Mega Music’s Google Ads activities.
