Whereas, factors effecting quality defects (Mostly – Human Errors) were optimized with a structured training module focusing primarily on Changeovers, troubleshooting guides and updating SOP’s. • Saved around 600 hours of Labour per period by initiating 6S process, creating Work Breakdown Structure and SWCC for production team post slicing to be more efficient (Before 2 hrs - After 1.5 hrs) .
