I was born to work with kids ! accidentally found passion in School EdTech and HR Management, with a hope for incorporating Educational Technology in all the schools of all the districts of Jammu & Kashmir to enhance the experience in everyday learning. Despite the ten-year lag in technology integration compared to other regions of India, I dream of advocating for the importance of EdTech and empowering teachers with knowledge about the power of online Resources. With a focus on meaningful teaching strategies, I work closely with schools to implement educational technology, provide professional development for School HRs , Educators, and curate online resources to support teaching and learning.My current responsibilities include identifying and testing new educational technologies, and providing training and advice on their use in teaching and learning. With a commitment to continuous learning, I am excited about the strides that the education sector in Jammu & Kashmir is making towards a brighter and technologically advanced future.
