My travel trade content has been featured in PAXnews and Open Jaw, which includes cruise reviews to educate and inspire travel advisors to become more confident in presenting cruising to their clients. Your Cruise Coach also reaches out to the consumer. I'm a contributor to Cruise and Travel Lifestyles, Expedia's Dream Voyages, Cruise Critic, and Vacay Network. As Cruise Program Manager I was responsible for the company's Cruise Centre Program which encompassed group inventory, marketing dollars, training and support initiatives, working closely with Owners, Managers and agents. As Events Planner, I was part of team that executed all aspects of the company's annual Spring Conference, Top Producer trip, and Owners' Retreat.

My tenure here resulted in the tremendous growth of Travel Best Bets' cruise business through cruise promotions, staff training, and building relationships with cruise line suppliers.

In this contract position, my job once again involved managing large cruise groups as well as preparation details for several hosted cruise departures.

My role included managing large cruise groups, working closely with cruise line partners and company management to promote cruising to its clients. This position also introduced me to events planning for numerous client medical conferences at sea.

This position involved roles supporting the wholesale business to Uniglobe Travel franchises across Canada and the United States as well as the online retail business. My responsibilities included managing cruise groups and creating cruise content for the company website.

This is where I got my start with managing cruise groups, working with Franchise Partners and Consultants to promote cruises, participating in marketing rallies and training.
