My primary focus is utilizing my expertise to investigate circumstances resulting in injuries, often related to assisting attorneys resolve their personal injury cases through thorough investigations, reports and testimony that explain complex details in easily understood ways. My litigation work tends to be about 70% plaintiff and 30% defense.I also provide occupational safety training and human factors consulting regarding facility and product designs and warnings.My research principally involves the underlying causation and measurable effects of driver distraction, including cell phone use, texting, IVIS/GPS systems, and the resulting driver inattention, change blindness, and situation awareness.www.FHFexperts.com
