Early in my career, I was privileged to learn and apply Sear’s Home Services’ sales process for a One-Call Close and their 10-Step Selling System to win numerous awards as a top closer and volume award winner. Later in my career, I applied those sales processes and my entrepreneurial drive to open my own successful home improvement sales and installation business in North Texas and maintained that business for 14 years – until I sold it in 2021.I’ve always prided myself on meeting my sales and revenue goals cleanly and consistently. Generating qualified leads, capitalizing on interest from hand-raisers and referrals, and closing efficiently on my home sales presentations have been hallmarks of my career.
