• Report to the Content Manager and work closely with the Sales, Content, and Account Management teams in order to ensure that advertisement and messaging delivery is always on schedule • Create compelling Client Sample Pages with an array of voice talent samples and audio backing track samples • Negotiate rates with voice talents and mixing engineers to ensure profit margin minimums for all requested recordings • Compare recorded messages/advertisement for accuracy in language, tone, grammar, and overall sound quality • Developed a reference guide as well as a tracking and organizational system for the Messaging Process; participate in initiatives for process and system improvement • Initiate process for Scripting department and adhere to tight deadlines • Meet with Stingray Business prospective and current clients in order to discuss their Messaging, Advertisement and Scripting needs and to analyze and understand their brand strategy (sales support) • Maintain relationships with current clients and initiate new client relationships at the pre-sale stage • Follow up with custom clients on a quarterly basis in order to ensure optimal satisfaction rates, arrange in-person or virtual meetings • Led the integration of the Messaging Service within Salesforce • Answer support, sales, project management, and marketing queries touching on the Messaging/Advertising services • Adhere to departmental priorities and objectives (KPIs) and individual priorities based on company goals • Assist in training and onboarding new talent • Ensure deadlines and turnaround time fulfillment on all messaging requests including message scheduling and rush deliveries, as required
