The European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA) is the single authoritative voice on advertising self-regulation issues at the European level. I was then working on alcohol-related issues and social media.Alcohol: - Active participation in the European Alcohol and Health Forum- Coordination of the national self-regulatory organisations for the implementation of the Responsible Marketing Pact. - Creation of a database of several alcohol ads that were adjudicated by Self-Regulatory Organisations. Social Media: - Drafting the EASA best practices on social media marketing.

SpiritsEUROPE acts as the representative body at EU level for producers of spirit drinks. Its membership comprises of 31 national associations of 27 countries, in addition to a group of leading spirits producing companies. International trade : - Active participation in the Market Access Advisory Committees. - Drafting impacting position paper and submission letters to tackle protectionist barriers to trade. Taxation : - Development of a tax toolkit to support members in dealing with tax increases at national level. - Creation of an economic database of the European spirit drinks sector. Social aspects : - Monthly informative newsletter on EU policy and national regulatory developments - Analysis of ESPAD and HBSC pan-European studies on underage drinking.

Collaboration with MEP Kader Arif during the plenary sessions of the European Parliament in Strasbourg. - Participation in International Trade committees and both European Socialist Party and French delegation meetings under the supervision of his assistants. - Creation of an awareness project with high-school students highlighting the importance of the EU in their daily lives.
