My name is Kristin Schuster, an Associate Broker and founder of  Your Real Estate Matchmaker Team with Signature Premier Properties.   My passion for real estate and helping people made forming our team the natural progression.  My career began right after the housing crisis of 2008 and being a full time agent during the COVID sellers market of 2020 has given me experience in all possible market conditions.   When I began in real estate I found what many buyers and sellers were missing from their experience, and that was an agent that was truly advocating for them and their best interests.  Since then it has been my mission to help educate not only buyers and seller, but agents as well.  We believe in collaboration over competition ! Our goal is to make sure after our sellers and buyers leave the closing table that they know and understand a little bit more about real estate than they did before.  We don’t just want to be your real estate agent we want to be your home experts.  Our expertise is available to our clients even after they have left that closing table and our expertise is always available to them.  Educating our clients is the most important process of any real estate transaction. We want them to have a solid foundation for this step that they will be taking with their largest asset. Just like a house you need a good foundation to have a successful real estate experience.  We believe in thinking outside of the box to advocate for our clients, communicating throughout all of the different phases of your real estate endeavor.  The most important part is making it as enjoyable as possible because Real Estate can be a bit of a roller coaster ride!   We firmly believe that the creation of a long-term relationship is far more valuable than any one transaction.  People trust us with their most valuable assets.
