My practical website optimisation has enabled it to succeed in a competitive market place.* Epicure Wines and Rudeles – two separate winemakers whose multilingual websites and eshops I built and maintained for many years.* Sheldon Manor – Building and maintaining the website, helping them to develop their marketing strategy so that the website design attracted the right type of customer.* MS Therapy Centre – Building and maintaining the website, which my client believes is the reason for their substantial rise in customers.* Weight Debate – Building and maintaining the website, and training my client to blog and tweet, which she does most successfully.

I founded internet start-up yours2share to enable people to find like-minded partners with whom to share any valuable asset such as boats, property or aircraft. Every aspect of the business was done by me: technical, design, branding, legal documentation, template contracts, finding the initial users, press, marketing and online marketing. The website had three versions: an off-the-shelf package based on Perl, a Joomla edition and the current WordPress website. Website is no longer taking new advertisements.

Manager of team supporting the Siebel system and its users - sales staff, customer relationship managers (CRMs) and call centre staff. Working with marketing and key business users, the team continuously developed and implemented an extensive programme of additional functionality and upgrades. The installation was unusual in that it was very close to vanilla, included a large number of Siebel modules and was provided to nearly 1000 users.QinetiQ outsourced its IT provision to Accenture in 2003.

The initial rollout was successfully implemented in eleven months to all 12,000 staff simultaneously. 1997 – 2001 Improved the sales and marketing/CRM process requiring extensive consultation with business, through workshops, committees and interviews with senior stakeholders. Rollout involved change management and a communications exercise across DERA. 1996 – 1998 Managed the upgrade to DERA’s website and set up a new call centre.

Transmark was the consultancy section of British Rail. Market researcher specialising in public transport, and involved in the group's marketing and administration. Responsible for design, project management, data processing, analysis and reporting for ten market research surveys, including stated preference surveys. Marketing assistant responsible for: advertising, brochures and videos, exhibitions, visit programmes, public relations, promotional material, client database, and marketing budget control.

Responsible for the design for communications system for Whiteleys shopping centre, London and the electrical installation at Civic Centre for Epping Forest District Council. Completed an Institute of Electrical Engineers accredited graduate training scheme at Thorn Lighting, Ottermill Switchgear and William Steward Contractors.
