I founded internet start-up yours2share to enable people to find like-minded partners with whom to share any valuable asset such as boats, property or aircraft. Every aspect of the business was done by me: technical, design, branding, legal documentation, template contracts, finding the initial users, press, marketing and online marketing. The website had three versions: an off-the-shelf package based on Perl, a Joomla edition and the current WordPress website. Website is no longer taking new advertisements.

Manager of team supporting the Siebel system and its users - sales staff, customer relationship managers (CRMs) and call centre staff. Working with marketing and key business users, the team continuously developed and implemented an extensive programme of additional functionality and upgrades. The installation was unusual in that it was very close to vanilla, included a large number of Siebel modules and was provided to nearly 1000 users.QinetiQ outsourced its IT provision to Accenture in 2003.

Responsible for the design for communications system for Whiteleys shopping centre, London and the electrical installation at Civic Centre for Epping Forest District Council. Completed an Institute of Electrical Engineers accredited graduate training scheme at Thorn Lighting, Ottermill Switchgear and William Steward Contractors.
