Excited to begin my product journey in the area of Enterprise. I am the product manager for the flagship Teamviewer core product, which is the world’s most downloaded remote support solution for consumers and small and medium-size businesses (SMB) and can connect any device or server around the world within a few seconds.I am responsible for:-Visioning and product strategy through stakeholder collaboration.-Work with POs and stakeholders to establish roadmaps. -Establish measurable metrics/KPIs and telemetry in product development.-Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking performance and features. -Establish customer/use case segmenting for better feature analysis.-Help transitioning our product strategy from perpetual licensing to subscription licensing.-Define core capabilities, USPs, Messages - work and help establish Product Marketing in Marketing.

My primary responsibility is to build the right product. In my role I help craft the vision of my product and convey the vision to my scrum team. I take complete ownership of the product backlog and drive utmost value to a product release. This includes early validation, user research through Build, Measure, Learn cycle. I spend a lot of time in understanding the feature outcomes of our users using the Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) methodology and device solutions catering to the vital outcomes. I also drive team performance by conducting release retrospective and improving upon lagging performance indicators.

In the spirit of BarCamp, ProductCamp is a collaborative, user organized unconference, focused on Product Management and Marketing topics. At ProductCamp there are no “attendees,” since everyone participates in some manner.The Singapore chapter of Product Camp started in August 2013 as the most definitive community for product managers in SIngapore. With more than 150 members in the community, Product Camp Singapore has grown to become a mature community of learning and sharing. Product Camps are organized once every 3 months. We also conduct monthly meetups focusing on a theme for the month. We have had meetups on topics like APIs as a Business Strategy and Usability for Product Managers.

We had won a business plan contest in IIM Bangalore, a premier business school in India and shaped the plan into a real business. The business model was to deliver home made food throughout the entire city of Bhubaneswar through 2 wheeler vehicles. We had hired riders of our own. We grew fast in the year but were also mounting losses. Eventually we had to shut it down because we were burning more money than we could sustain. We had a great product though and garnered a lot of goodwill. However, we couldn't manage growth by keeping ourself profitable
