Building another QA department from the ground up. As first official QA person I am responsible for introducing all the QA processes to the team. Bringing in tools, setting standards and developing processes for not only QA practices but also development cadence. As lead I built their QA team. Building the foundations to support a scalable QA covering front end UI, Service, DB validation and automation framework. Mentoring of jr team members in best practices from test case writing to breaking down stories into manageable chunks. Built the internal QA team of 15 QA testers. This team would validate the changes for multiple products in house for PC, Console, Facebook and Web applications. Managed all hiring and teaching of these internal QA in best practices and how to utilize the hardware which we used.
